| dc.description.abstract | Публикацията съдържа две основни части: инвестиционните ефекти върху БНП и влиянието на динамиката на екологическите инвестиции върху растежа. Специално внимание се обръща на динамичната взаимосвързаност между инвестирането и екологическия фактор и скоростта на растежа, и върху възможностите тези два фактора да влияят върху растежа. Целта на този анализ е да съдейства за избора на подходяща екологична политика, която ще стимулира растежа. Публикацията се стреми да обясни защо тенденцията към растеж на БНП не може да бъде устойчива в дългосрочен план без навременно инвестиране. Икономическата ситуация в България изисква да бъдат направени голям брой директни високо технологични инвестиции в производствения сектор. При това трябва да се отчитат всички позитивни и негативни, краткосрочни и дългосрочни ефекти от тези две важни направления на единния инвестиционен процес. Присъединяването на страната към европейските икономически структури, с постигната стабилност на растежа и грижливо опазвана околна среда, ще зависи от умелото съчетаване на икономическата с екологичната политика на българското правителство.The area of publication is focused on two main parts: the investment effects on Bulgaria’s GDP and the dynamics of ecological investments and their effect on growth. Particular attention is given to dynamic interrelatedness between the investment and ecology factor and Bulgaria’s growth rate, and the opportunities for these two factors to impact this growth rate; this analysis will facilitate the selection of the appropriate ecology policy, that will stimulate growth. The paper explains why the rising trend of the GDP cannot be long sustained without prompt investments. The Bulgarian economic environment requires that larger in number direct investments be made in the production sector on a high technological level. Moreover, all negative and positive, and short-term and long-terms effects of these two trends of the uniform investment process must be taken into consideration and given due attention. Bulgaria’s accession to the EU structures, once economic growth is stabilized and the environment is taken due care of and protected, will depend on the successful combination of the economic and ecological policy adopted by the Bulgarian government. | bg_BG |
