| dc.description.abstract | В научното изследване са разработени основните проблеми на счетоводното отчитане на публичното социално осигуряване. Съдържанието е разположено в четири глави с увод, заключение и използвана литература. Акцентувано е както върху отчитането на приходите и разходите, така и върху отчитането на извънбюджетните средства. Особено внимание е отделено на пенсионното осигуряване във финансово-счетоводен и организационен аспект. При разработване на счетоводната методология са взети предвид действащите в момента нормативни актове,вътрешни разпоредби, инструкции и разпоредби за организация на документооборота в системата на НОИ.The paper presents a research on the major problems of the accountting of the public social security. The content is organized into four chapters, an introduction, a conclusion and references. The focus is both on the accounting of revenues and expenditures and the accounting of extra-budgetary funds. Particular attention is paid to the financial and organizational aspects
of pension insurance accounting. The proposed accounting methodlogy
