на приходи не само за държавния бюджет на страната, но и за бюджета на Европейския съюз, а, от друга защитата на интересите на Общността и на нейните граждани от нарушения и от предлагане на контрабандни и на фалшиви стоки.A priority for the Bulgarian Customs Administration after Bulgaria's accession to the European Union was the uniform application of the EU customs legislation, procedures and customs control tools in various aspects of our customs legislation. To this end the following objectives have been achieved: the structure and composition of the customs administration have been optimized, customs have been assigned new objectives and responsibilities
- on the one hand, to provide not only revenue for the country’s state budget but also for the EU budget and, on the other - to protect the interests
of the Community and its citizens from violations and distribution of smuggled
