Abstract

This paper is a new attempt to give reasons for necessity of epistemological reflection onto empirical economic research. Here are analyzed problems of the mental construction of the economic fact, the attempts of empiricists to avoid apriorism, embodied in the theories in action. The next questions put for discussion are about the value neutrality of the research techniques, the role of the analogy in the process of the construction of the hypotheses, and about the character of the scientific models.
