Abstract
The current research paper relies on a model of vectorial auto regression (VAR) of integrable - co-integrable types of data of factorial character in relation to the GBP value (the currency of the leading economy in the EU, which is outside the Euro zone) to the world-leading reserve currency (USD).The theoretical foundation of the model demands the application of a factorial variables rule that is of fundamental importance for the respective economy. The opposite would mean calculating regressive dependence of obvious data types, which demonstrate a unified, invariable upward trend. For the purposes of the model it is important to test the relationship between factorial variables of floating type. In order to confirm their floatability we have applied the data co-integrability test method. If we look through the prism of the currency exchange positions management of commercial banks (CBs), this study further develops the principle of the minimum financial balance to a principle of minimum foreign currency and financial balance of CBs, defined as follows: Liabilities that are available at CBs must be disposed in bank assets, whose duration and currency denomination correspond to the minimum duration and currency denomination of the source of their insurance.
