| dc.description.abstract | Статията представя резултатите от изследване, имащо за задача да оцени състоянието на обектите на индустриална собственост в България и
свързаната с тях заявителска активност. Направен е анализ на институционалната рамка (структури и нормативна база) за развитие на индустриалната собственост и заявителската активност. Извършен е преглед на юридическите и икономическите аспекти, свързани със защитата на интелектуалната собственост.
The article presents the results of the study, having the task to assess
the state of the industrial property in Bulgaria and the related application activity.
