dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this paper is to shed a light on the career paths of women and men executives in the Moroccan context. Through an exploratory quantitative study, we will analyze the perceptions, experiences and the level of satisfaction of women and men executives according to their career paths, to explain the new forms of professional trajectories and to find out if there is a difference or not between Moroccan women and men executives’ professional trajectory. Based on career theories and gender theory, the target population consists of women and men executives from all ages and different industries. | us_US |
