In the context of the evolving Covid-19 crisis, investing in new digital administrative services can bring added value and significantly improve services provided to citizens and businesses. The study focuses mainly on the state of e-government and digital administrative services at a European level and in Bulgaria in particular, as the analyzed data cover the period from 2003 to 2020.
