The study of discrimination in organizations remains significant. Discrimination leads to various processes linked to conflict situations. In many instances, discrimination stems from the leader's management style. It is also important to consider that any form of discrimination in an organization that causes conflict situations affects the psycho-emotional state of employees, negatively affects their health and personal lives, and ultimately disrupts the work-life balance. The mentioned condition directly affects employee performance. We identified the factors that created significant problems in the relationship between leaders and followers in Georgian organizations. The study was conducted in the Ministry of Economy and its subordinate structural units. Data were collected through an anonymous questionnaire. The developed questionnaire included 64 questions. 720 respondents participated in the survey. Hypotheses were developed and tested using the SPSS statistical package during the research process. Based on the data analysis, important recommendations were developed.us_US
