ISSUES WITH REFORMING HIGHER EDUCATION IN UKRAINE

Abstract

Urgency of this research: Relevant research in educational processes has increased as society realises that the transition to an information society where knowledge acts as the main social value increases the importance of the possession of an highly intellectual personality capable not only of perceiving earlier accumulated scientific knowledge, but also of generalising, analysing, creating new advanced information technologies, services and products. Therefore preparation of the modern professionally qualified engineer for work in enterprises is an important component of the development of the national economy.
